Ian’s ability to operate well under pressure comes from thirteen years of professional hockey in the NHL and throughout Europe. Following retirement from hockey, Ian began his career in real estate, quickly establishing himself as the go-to guy for Durham and GTA East regions. With a thorough knowledge of these areas, Ian offers his clients current and comprehensive insights on all aspects of the market and has an extensive network of colleagues and friends.
Ian truly enjoys helping people. From seasoned property investors to first time homebuyers, he puts thought and effort into selling and looking for homes. He goes above and beyond with his level of service and professionalism and enjoys maintaining a relaxed and fun working environment. When Ian’s not scratching items off his bucket list, you can find him at his cottage or on the golf course.

Mike is a licensed real estate salesperson and finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in the real estate & financial services industry. Mike has extensive experience in the investment, oversight, and management of a multitude of real estate development projects and transactions. Mike has worked as a principal, advisor, and underwriter on a wide range of real estate investments, debt instruments and development transactions.
He is also a partner in Dalriada Group, a real estate investment, construction, and management company, as well as, founding partner in the 1855 Whitby Accelerator driving technology innovation in Durham Region.
